e-Tickets Delivery Policy

After ordering your e-Tickets online for your desired events or programs, you will receive an email confirmation from DeshiEvents containing your order details (if you provided correct email address). Please also check your Spam inbox, incase our mail finds its way there, and then mark it as 'Not Spam'.

We will normally confirm payment receipt of your order within 15 minutes of ordering.

DeshiEvents.com.au will also attempt to send your e-Tickets via email within 15 minutes of doing the online purchase AND after the payment is cleared by eWay.
